2D Animation

2D animation can be a simple animated line drawing to a more complex cartoon style production.

For example almost all the early Walt Disney films had been created in 2D. Today we have the “The Simpson’s” “South Park” and “Futurama” etc and they all attract huge audiences across the globe.

2D is also influencing current TV advertising with multinational companies like “BMI baby.com”, “Scottish Power” and “Boot’s” all using 2D to create fantastic ad campaigns scoring highly on viewer rating and impact.

2D animation is also a less expensive option than 3D for creating TV or Cinema advertising campaigns, web sequences or point of sale, and for use in multimedia solutions i.e. Health & Safety, Training, Promotional and/or Customer Service programmes. It’s a great way to illustrate a process without involving people.

Our current 2D production features “Safety Cat”. Targeted at 5 to 9 year olds the film highlights the dangers within the home in a light hearted and amusing way that children can identify with. It is now being shown in schools throughout the UK.
